You are responsible for your account and all activity on it.

4) User Content

You own your content. You grant AutoMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute content as part of the Services.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content
• Harass or impersonate others
• Upload malware or spam
• Misuse the platform or violate laws

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

6) Events, Clubs, and Meetups

AutoMeet is a platform only. We do not host or manage events and are not responsible for event safety, attendance, or disputes.

7) Business Listings

Business listings and reviews are user-generated. We do not guarantee accuracy or quality.

8) Payments & Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Refunds and cancellations follow those providers' terms.

9) Messaging

You are responsible for message content. We may remove unlawful or abusive content.

10) Intellectual Property

AutoMeet and related branding are owned by RD Nexus Software. You may not use trademarks without permission.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability or error-free operation.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AutoMeet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RD Nexus Software for claims arising from your use of the Services or your content.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA.
