1) Introduction

AutoMeet ("AutoMeet," "we," "our," or "us") is owned and operated by RD Nexus Software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services (the "Services").

2) Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email address, username, password/authentication credentials, profile photo, bio, profile location details, and vehicle/garage information.
  • User content, such as posts, comments, reactions, reposts, stories, photos, videos, link previews, garage entries, event listings, RSVP or ticket information, clubs, business listings, and photo spot submissions.
  • Messages and communications, such as direct messages, group chats, event chats, club chats, attachments, reactions, and voice messages.
  • Event, host, and ticket information, such as event details, attendee records, ticket QR/check-in status, waivers or forms if offered, and host dashboard activity.
  • Support and safety communications, such as reports, bug reports, support requests, and related attachments.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and log data, such as device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and session information.
  • Usage and analytics data, such as screens viewed, features used, interactions, search activity, and performance diagnostics.
  • Location data, with your permission, to show nearby events and content, map event locations, power routes and photo maps, support live convoy location sharing, and time closed-course Speed Track runs.
  • Background location during an active convoy, if you grant permission, so your live convoy position can continue updating while the convoy is active.
  • Motion and sensor data, with permission where required, for closed-course Speed Track timing, motion-aware features, route/speed quality checks, and related diagnostics.
  • Push notification tokens, Live Activity tokens, and notification preferences used to send alerts you enable.

C. Media, Camera, Audio, and Voice

If you choose to upload, capture, save, or share media, we may process photos, videos, metadata, thumbnails, and related files. Camera access is used for photos/videos and for host ticket QR scanning. Microphone access is used for convoy voice chat and voice messages. Convoy voice may be transmitted through a voice service provider during active sessions; voice messages may be stored and delivered as message attachments.

D. Payment Information

Purchases, subscriptions, invoices, tickets, and other payments may be processed by Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play. AutoMeet does not store full payment card numbers.

3) How We Use Your Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services.
  • Create and manage accounts, profiles, garages, clubs, businesses, events, tickets, and subscriptions.
  • Enable social features, posts, comments, likes, reposts, messaging, group chats, event chats, club chats, and notifications.
  • Show nearby events, businesses, clubs, photo spots, routes, and other location-based content.
  • Power convoy features, including live location sharing, route guidance, background convoy updates, voice chat, and convoy diagnostics.
  • Power Speed Track features for legal closed-course use, including GPS/motion timing, result history, replay, share cards, and leaderboards when you choose to publish.
  • Process payments, tickets, invoices, refunds, subscriptions, and event check-ins.
  • Send push notifications, Live Activities, service messages, reminders, and safety/account alerts.
  • Improve safety, detect abuse or spam, enforce policies, debug issues, and protect users.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4) How We Share Information

We may share information:

  • With other users, depending on your actions and privacy settings, such as public profile details, posts, comments, garage entries, event RSVPs where visible, clubs, published Speed Track results, and live convoy location with convoy participants.
  • With event hosts or organizers for RSVP, ticketing, check-in, attendee management, and event safety purposes.
  • With service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, database, authentication, storage, analytics, notifications, maps, geocoding, routing, static map imagery, payments, subscriptions, voice chat, crash reporting, and support tools. These providers may include Supabase, Mapbox, Expo/Apple/Google notification services, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Agora, and similar vendors we use to provide the Services.
  • For legal, safety, compliance, fraud prevention, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

5) Location Data

AutoMeet uses location only with your permission. Foreground location may be used for nearby content, event maps, routes, photo maps, convoy maps, and closed-course Speed Track timing. Background location is used only for active convoy sessions when you choose to share your live convoy position and grant background location permission. You can stop location sharing in the app and disable location permissions anytime in your device settings. Some features may not work without location permission.

6) Speed Track and Safety

Speed Track is intended only for legal closed-course, track, private-property, or otherwise lawful safe environments. Speed Track uses foreground GPS and motion data while the Speed Track screen is active to calculate timing, quality, replay, and result information. Raw samples stay private unless you choose to publish or share a result. Published leaderboard results and share cards may be visible to other users.

7) Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain account/history features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our policies. Some data may be retained in backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, payment/tax records, or legal records for a limited period. You may request deletion of your account or data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account may remove or anonymize your profile and personal data, but content shared with others, legal records, payment records, safety records, or data needed for abuse prevention may be retained where permitted or required.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also update many account details directly in the app and control device permissions through your device settings. Contact us at support@rdnexussoftware.com to make a request.

10) Children's Privacy

Not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

12) Changes

We may update this policy and will post updates with a new "Effective Date."
